It is located in the highly sought\-after Tan Tar A Estates, the private housing section of the gated Margaritaville gated community\. Convenient access to Landshark Bar & Grill, tons of Margaritaville activities, access to pools, and more\! Kitchen and Dining Area The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for dining in\! Featuring all stainless\-steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, and a peninsula island with seating for three\. There is a more formal dining area with seating for six\. Living Room The living room features two recliners, a reclining couch, a flat screen TV, and sliding doors that open to the screened in balcony\. There is a bathroom with a walk in shower and single vanity sink off of the living area\. \*Fireplace is not for guest use\. Master Suite The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king\-sized bed, nightstands, plenty of clothing storage, a mounted flat screen TV, and sliding doors for access to the balcony\.
