Accessing the home requires climbing a long flight of outdoor stairs that are steep and can be uneven in places\. There isn't much public transportation in the area, so you are best having a car available, but you can easily use any ride\-sharing company like Lyft or Uber to downtown and back\. We will provide codes in your booking email and in the House Manual\. We have security cameras outside of our home at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind\. We do not have any cameras inside the home, respecting our guests' privacy\. 1\) Check\-in is at 4 PM 2\) No smoking allowed \(of any kind\) \($350 fine\) 3\) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 4\) No events or parties 5\) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along\. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less\. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted\. There is a one\-time pet cleaning fee of $85\. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives\. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check\-in, the fee will be $105\. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended\. Owners are responsible for any damages caused\. 6\) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home before your stay\.
