The unique layout provides both privacy and togetherness\. From the top of the stairs, a central landing connects two distinct wings of your apartment:

One wing features three comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with state\-of\-the\-art appliances and ample counter space\.
The other wing includes two additional bedrooms, a second bathroom, a sun\-drenched living room with nautical decor, and laundry facilities\.
