Imagine being surrounded by water\- in your vacation home\! With vast views of Lake Waukewan from three sides of this lovingly restored modern lakefront ranch located at the mouth of the lake, 60 Shades of Water boasts handicapped accessible one level living with four bedrooms, three bathrooms \- in walking distance to historic downtown Meredith and all its offerings\.

The spacious kitchen feature granite countertops, beautiful appliances, and water views\. A breakfast bar lies nestled between the kitchen and open concept living room\.  The living room showcases an expansive view of the water, has numerous cozy sitting options, a table for games and meals, and a retractable television hidden in custom cabinetry\.  A large table for family gatherings is adjacent to the kitchen in a four\-season porch, surrounded by windows, showcasing additional water views\.

On its own wing of the home the primary suite resides, complete with private walk out deck, offering direct waterfront access and incredible lake views\.  A California King, beautifully tiled dual sink and walk in shower ensuite, and walk in closet make this primary suite feel spacious and clutter free\.  The primary connects both to a hallway and to a screened four\-season porch with walk out deck, overlooking the lake\.

The opposite side of the home, separated in its own wing, contains three additional bedrooms that can be closed off to the living room for ultimate privacy\.  The queen suite can be found here, with a beautiful and private attached full bath\.  Also in this wing are two more bedrooms, both able to sleep up to three\.
