HOME TRUTHS: \-It is a city apartment, you may hear traffic noise and activities on the waterfront, such as construction, train, pier and marina\. Noise reduced when balcony door and windows are closed\. \-Neighbors are extremely sensitive to excessive noise from renters\. They will complain to the front desk, which will incur a $100 minimum fine passed on to the guest\. Do not have loud parties\. Do not play loud music\. Keep voices low when on the balcony\. \-While there is a 24/7 front desk concierge, this condo is not a hotel and any problems specific to the unit must be addressed through Air Concierge\.
