\- Your safety matters\. There is 1 exterior security camera located by the front door\. It does not look into any interior spaces\. It records video and sound when activated by motion
\- Lake drawdown begins around November 1st, with the refill starting on March 1st\. While the picturesque views remain, the water level will be lower, and the dock will not be accessible by boat during the drawdown period
\- If you bring a boat, please do not launch the boat into the water from the property\.  There is a public launch down the street from the property where you can back up your boat into the water
