This spacious 3BD, 2\.5BA Villa is the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm\. Each bedroom features its own television, and the living room offers a 75" 4k, ultra HD flat screen TV in the living room flat\-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day on the water\. Step outside to enjoy direct sunset views over the Gulf from either your private porch or the upper balcony\. Just off your back porch is your private boat dock, perfect for boating enthusiasts\.
