\~ First floor has 1 bedroom with a King size bed and a hall bathroom with a shower\.
\~ Second floor has 1 bedroom with a King size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 Twin XLs\. 
\~ Upstairs hall bathroom has a shower\.

\* Maximum Daytime Occupancy for Water's Edge is 10 guests\.
\* All Lake Escape homes are dog\-friendly and allow up to 3 dogs \($150 per pet fee applies\) Cats are not permitted\.
\* Unlimited, Complimentary firewood is provided\.
\* Complimentary propane is provided for use with the outdoor grill\.
\* Complimentary kayaks, standup paddleboards and lifevests are provided\.
