Our condo is ideally situated just a short 10\-minute drive or shuttle ride away from winter skiing and surrounded by summer outdoor activities\. Winter Park is a mere 6 miles away and easily accessible via the complimentary shuttle service for all your seasonal adventures\. 
We are conveniently located near the Winter Park shuttle bus line, the Fraser River Trail, and a Safeway Grocery store for all your food and beverage needs\. Our unit is within walking distance of the charming bars and restaurants in Fraser, and just a stone’s throw away from downtown Winter Park\.
This 1\-bedroom, 1\-bathroom vacation rental is perfect for a relaxing mountain escape\.  Enjoy in\-unit laundry, complimentary toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen\.  The stunning Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests provide breathtaking views and endless entertainment\. The kitchen features new countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry and is open to the main living area for the cook to socialize with guests\.  There is seating at the breakfast bar for convenience\. 
The primary bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed and flat screen TV\.  The main bathroom has been updated with new tile, flooring and vanity\. 
Enjoy amenities such as free Wi\-Fi, washer/dryer, outdoor parking and note that there is no air conditioning in the unit\. 
Please be advised that smoking and pets are not allowed\.  The Homeowner Association strictly prohibits smoking and bringing pets\. Violations of these rules will result in a 200 fine per day\.
