We have sound machines in each bedroom for light sleepers\. Our beach is a private sandy beach that doesn’t allow direct access to the water of the Destin Pass due to an environmental sea wall protecting the beach\. There are public beach access points to the east and west of the complex that have direct access to the Destin Pass and the Gulf of Mexico for swimming, snorkeling, and lounging on the beach\. Approximate walk time to the beach with Gulf access is 6\-7 minutes \(\.25 miles\) The pool is heated from March 10th \- May 1st and October 1st to the Monday after Thanksgiving\. Waterview Towers also has a marina located at the Destin Harbor, gated parking, two outdoor gas grills, free washer/dryer set on each floor, and a fully equipped exercise room that overlooks a fenced tennis court\. Another amazing amenity is the ice machine to fill your cooler – bag of ice also available at no charge\! Our gated condo offers parking for up to 2 cars per reservation\.
