No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows\.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors\. Please place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout\.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure\.
Outdoor Gear: Clean the gas grill after use and return beach gear to the home after beach trips\.
Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock doors and windows when leaving\.
