Welcome to "An Angels Dream" this four bedroom, four bathroom home is located in the private gated community of the Plantation\. A large screened pool makes this home ideal for your family\. The exterior of this property offers under\-house concrete parking as well as driveway parking, a covered entry, screened pool, screened outdoor patio area and lanai with the added convenience of a full size fridge, enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning sink, gas and charcoal grill\. The exterior and enclosed stairs lead to the first floor\. The first floor features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a covered outdoor deck\. All of the bedrooms on this floor have direct access to the extensive outdoor deck, they all have Roku TV's and Keurig's for your personal use\. The queen bedroom and twin bedroom have a mini size fridge and share a bathroom that features a double vanity and a standard shower/tub combo\. The king suite which has direct access to the outdoor deck as well has a mini fridge, a Keurig, Roku TV, the en\-suite bathroom features a double vanity and shower/tub combo\. The second floor features the open concept living area\. The living area features comfortable seating, including a queen sleeper sofa, Roku smart TV allowing access to multiple streaming services, and a Blu\-ray player\. The kitchen is well stocked and is equipped with a mixture of stainless steel and black appliances\. The large dining table seats eight with additional seating at the kitchen island\. The home owner of An Angels Dream has thought of the little ones of the family, a highchair, booster seat, and two baby gates are provided\. This floor also features a shared bathroom with shower\. As well as a king suite with direct access to the second floor deck, Roku TV, double vanity, and a shower/tub combo\. This lovely home is located perfectly on a lot that has a dedicated beach access path which runs along the property for your easy access to the beach\.
