Welcome to "ISLA CALLADA"\! This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is located in the gated community of the Plantation\.   A short walk over a brick\-paved pathway to the beach\. The exterior of Isla Callada features both under\-home parking and driveway parking\. Covered entry including an elevator makes unpacking a breeze for you\. An enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning station and park style grill are also offered\. A laundry room is located on the ground floor as well\. The first floor offers three living areas, two dining tables and the kitchen across a split\-level floor plan\. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless appliances and granite counters\.
