Access:
The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access\.  Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay\.   There is assigned parking for each unit\.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

\- Light cleaning supplies \(please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED\)

PLEASE NOTE:
\-Mailbox access is not available for guests
\- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay\.
\- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver\.


Regarding the 6 guest occupancy, we provide 2 queen and 1 king beds that can comfortably sleep 6 guests\. We also provide 1 trifold floor mattress that can sleep 1 more guest\.
