Welcome to our newly remodeled apartment in Hamilton, Ohio\! The unit is a ground\-level home without steps\. This unit is perfect for long\-term or short\-term workers in town\. It's just 2\.5 miles away from Spooky Nook, 3 miles from Hamilton's Urban Backyard \(HUB\), and equidistant between Cincinnati and Dayton \- we have what you need for a comfortable stay in Hamilton\!

This apartment is cozy and has everything you will need during your stay\. The living room space is in the front of the home, but you will enter via the back door\. The living room has a sofa and a loveseat as well as a flatscreen TV complete with Roku\. The living room is semi\-open to the kitchen and dining area\.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook basic meals and snacks during your stay\. There is a Keurig coffee machine with extra coffee if you would like to utilize that during your stay\. Sit at the eat\-in kitchen table with seating for 6\+ as you eat your evening meal or morning breakfast\.

There are two bedrooms in this apartment\. The first bedroom features a queen\-size bed and the second bedroom features a twin bed\. There is plenty of storage space in each room for your belongings\.

Both bedrooms in the apartment share the same bathroom, but there is plenty of room for everyone\! The full\-size bathroom has a tub/shower combination with under\-the\-sink storage\. We provide extra towels and basic toiletries that you are welcome to utilize during your stay\.

Additionally, there is a washer and dryer in the kitchen area\. We provide laundry soap and supplies if you wish to wash your clothing during your stay\. There is an ironing board and iron, too\.

We use the August Home application to get into the home\. You will need to download this app\. We also provide a four\-digit keypad code for emergency purposes\. 

The entire apartment is exclusively yours without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home\.

This neighborhood is a bit older and industrial\.  If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the rental for you as there are railroad tracks we are situated next to\.

You will need to utilize your own car during your stay\.

For the security of our guests and safety of our home, we have an external security camera located by the front door of the other unit\.  

This apartment is located next to a semi\-truck repair shop where a gentleman lives in his trailer home\. There can be some loud noise coming from the shop as well as from the close train tracks\.
