Westbay Point and Moorings Ground Floor 2BR/2BA Unit with Open Water Views\.  Beautiful new kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliances including dishwasher, convection cooktop, oven and double door refrigerator with bottom freezer\.   Spacious living room with spectacular open water views\.  Nice size bedrooms with the Primary Bedroom featuring a King Size bed and remodeled en\-suite bathroom with beautifully tiled shower\.  The guest bedroom has a double bed and en\-suite remodeled bathroom with shower\.   There is a nice size Florida Room when you enter the condo which has tiled floor and is nicely furnished with patio furniture\.  There is also an open patio on the water side\.  This unit is furnished in a retro vibe with high quality furnishings\. The full\-size washer and dryer is located in a closet in the Florida room\.  No Pets\.  Non\-Smoking unit\.
