Getting to the beach is a breeze and only a five\-minute walk from the house, in either direction via the Sailfish Street or Coral Street boardwalks, with no roads to cross\. Back at the house, the outdoor fun continues with an expansive grassy lawn perfect for playing yard games or just letting the kids and dogs run around\. Inside, the open\-concept great room features vaulted ceilings with skylights for abundant natural light\. This fabulous gathering space provides plenty of comfortable seating where the entire family can kick back and relax\. When you're not dining out at one of Corolla's fabulous restaurants, prepare meals at home in the fully stocked kitchen\. After dinner, enjoy drinks and good conversation on the sun deck, or unwind with a soak in the bubbly hot tub\.

Nearby dining and takeout services include Sun Fish Grill, Sundogs and Sooey's BBQ\. For the ultimate retail therapy session, head over to Timbuck II Shopping Village where you'll find favorites such as The Cotton Gin, The Cottage Shop and Gray's\. The village also features some of Corolla's most popular restaurants including Mike Dianna's Grill Room and La Dolce Vita\. After dinner, head over to Big Buck's for ice cream, followed by a round of mini golf and go carts\.

In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
