Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 212\. Beautiful furnishings, an awesome view and extra touches make this condo a must stay\!  This spacious 2 bed/2 bath non\-smoking unit features all the comforts of home plus everything Sanibel Island has to offer\.  The master suite has a king bed plus a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses in a separate air\-conditioned area off the master bedroom\.  Master bath has a walk\-in shower\.  The guest bedroom has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request\.  The large living/dining room leads to a large screened lanai overlooking the lush tropical grounds, with the Gulf in the distance\.  Amenities include a fully\-equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, central air, 3 satellite flat\-screen TVs and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee\.  Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your enjoyment\.  Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on\-site office\.  Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators\-\-all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets\!  Just a short walk to the beach and pool and direct access to the famous bike trails of Sanibel Island\. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4\. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person over the age of 5\.  Parties over 4 people, but the 5th and 6th person are 5 or under, a 1\-time extra linen charge of $35\.00 will apply\. occupancy limit is 4 including children and infants\.  NO PETS\.
