\- Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre\-authorization hold of $1000 on your card\. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay\. The hold will be released 7 days within check\-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages\. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially\.
