NOISE ADVISORY: Please be aware that this location is next to an active train track, and it is possible that trains may pass by during your stay at any time, day or night\. We do not have access to the train schedule\. To help ensure your comfort, we provide a noise machine in the bedroom\. However, if you are a particularly light sleeper, we also provide individually wrapped earplugs to enhance your sleeping experience\. Sound proofing windows have been installed as well to provide additional sound protection and unwanted noise\. We strive to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible and appreciate your understanding\.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, 1 complimentary parking pass, and keyless entry to the building\. 

Mail/postage is not available to this unit at this time, but guests may ship items to our office for pickup during their stay if needed\. 

Please do not gather in the building common areas to be respectful of the other residents\.

At this time, please do not attempt to open the bedroom window as it has a soundproofing encasement around it to assist with the noise\. Any tampering with could damage the integrity of the window, and repair costs will be the responsibility of the guests\.

Professional Management is provided by Halo Hospitality throughout your stay\. Our office is open Monday\-Friday from 9:00am \- 4:00pm, and provide after hours and weekend emergency services should you need any assistance\.
