With two bedrooms, one full bath and parking for two cars, the perfectly convenient location will set the perfect mood for a mountain getaway\.The front door leads to the cozy living area with an electric fireplace, a Love Sac sectional that easily transforms into an additional sleeping area, and a large TV\.Adjacent to the living area is the fully\-stocked kitchen and laundry nook\. Further down the hall are the two bedrooms, both with queen beds\. The bathroom is adjacent to both rooms\.Wild Flower also offers a private patio area with a gas grill for summer barbequing\.This unit is part of the The Bobcat Ridge HOA which has a few rules\. There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out, anywhere on the complex\. These units are in close proximity to each other\. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit\.Long\-term reservations of 14\+ days require mid\-stay property safety checks or mid\-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services\. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made\. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services\.
