It is located in a safe neighborhood with a fully fenced backyard\.  The property is set on 3/4 acres with a fenced backyard, a large deck, a Hot Tub, a fully stocked kitchen, and a large outdoor fire pit\. Plenty of room for large groups and families\. 2 adult bikes\! Large home with room for multiple generations\.

The second bedroom boasts a Queen\-over\-Queen bunk bed and a walk\-in closet\.  The third and fourth bedrooms feature a King and a Queen bed, along with closets stocked with board games for everyone to enjoy\.

Create delicious meals in the spacious kitchen with granite countertops, a double\-door refrigerator, and all the essentials, including a crockpot and an Instapot\. Perfect for holiday gatherings, the dining table seats 12 and overlooks the stunning backyard through sliding glass doors\.

Parking for four cars is available, four in the paved driveway\. Guests have access to the whole house and garage\. All outdoor spaces are open, and we highly recommend you use them\.
