We are ideally located right next door to the world famous "Old Town" and Kissimmee's Fun Spot for the days that you just want to stay close to home, yet have a light day of activities for the family\. All reservations must have the booking person being 25 years of age or older\. A government\-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking\. Check\-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival\. Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 6 people\. If false information is given and we determine more than 6 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void, All occupants will be required to vacate immediately with no funds returned\. We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit and the sheriff's office may be called to remove you\. There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows\. No illegal drugs\. Please note that our home does have exterior cameras,, which would be used to verify any activity that is against our rules\.
