These are the first houses in the second block of Brooklyn Ave\. The home has a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms\. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a laundry room, and a small attached back deck with an outdoor shower\. Upstairs, in addition to the open concept living and kitchen space, there is a third bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom\. On the front of the unit, guests will find a small second floor balcony area running the width of the unit, ideally suited to enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and relaxing in the salty summer breezes coming off the Atlantic Ocean\. This home is perfectly situated with a walk of only slightly over one block to the beach and is near Rehoboth Ave\. It offers off\-street parking for two cars, so you can simply park and walk to the boardwalk and downtown\. Guests will find this two\-story townhome to be a perfect location to experience everything Rehoboth has to offer\. This is a non\-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted\.
