This resplendent home features multiple wood\-burning fireplaces for the cozy ambiance you seek in a Sunriver vacation home\. The expansive Kitchen has 2 cooktops, with dual wall ovens, and professional\-grade fridge, perfect for family meals any time of the day\. This home has plenty of space for everyone, it features the main Living room, inviting Family room, and a Hangout Room with large Smart TV, a table for playing games, a piano keyboard and couches\. 

This home provides plenty of parking for everyone in your group with access to a 2 car garage and parking for 4 cars in the driveway\.  Outdoor amenities feature a gas BBQ and patio seating for those meals that are best enjoyed in the great outdoors\. Sit back and relax in your own private outdoor hot tub\. Gorgeous landscaped yard and lawn, experience the sense of tranquility by the tree\-lined stream running through the backyard in the summer months\. Wonderful golf course view throughout the home and on the back deck\. A/C is upstairs only\.

Recreation Plus \(SHARC\) Passes: This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill\.
