This spacious and unique lake\-front home on Highland Lake in Andover, NH boasts stunning views and over 250 feet of gentle waterfront\- perfect for year\-round adventures\! Spanning 3\.5 acres, this spectacular property includes woodlands that create a park\-like setting on the spring\-fed Highland Lake, a hidden gem in the Lakes Region of NH\.

Retreat to this serene lake experience, with six miles of pristine water perfect for sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking, water skiing, jet skiing, motor boating and more\.  With a scenic and peaceful shoreline and fantastic biking and walking trails skirting the lake, Highland Lake is ideal for nature\-enthusiasts, hikers, fishermen or families craving relaxation along the lake’s shoreline\. 

Just steps outside the back door a large private dock grants the key to it all, providing direct access to all the lake has to offer\.  

This welcoming and thoughtfully appointed home is completely refurbished with ample space for everyone\.  It features a large eat\-in kitchen, dining room, three full bathrooms, four bedrooms, spacious living room with a wood\-burning fireplace, and stunning finished basement with kitchenette, boasting plenty of space for movie night, game night, or a game of ping pong\.

On the main level the primary bedroom, with full ensuite, provides privacy on one side of the home\.  Adjacent to the primary is the living room, that accesses the outdoor deck with multiple seating options for relaxing or dining outside\.  The deck has both an oversized gas grill and charcoal grill\.

The other side of the home, through the eat\-in kitchen, has two additional bedrooms\.  One room with a has a full over full bunk with twin trundle, and another has a twin day bed with trundle\.  Located across from the dining room, there is yet another bedroom that has a queen bed\.  A shared full bath in the hall for all to use\.

For those seeking additional outdoor space, a large lawn for games and summer fun is just outside\. The gazebo and large patio are perfect for enjoying cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, stargazing or catching fireflies\. A short walk down the hill from the gazebo leads to the water's edge, where guests can enjoy a very shallow lake entry, ideal for swimming\. If a sandy beach is preferred, the town beach is just a nine\-minute walk down the rail trail\.

During the winter season enjoy ice fishing on Highland Lake, downhill skiing at Mt\. Sunapee and Ragged Mountain, as well as limitless opportunities for local snowshoeing and cross\-country skiing\.

The home is equipped with new central air conditioning and a whole home generator\.
