Located right on Schuss Mountain’s slopes in the Cedar River Village, this beautiful three\-bedroom condo offers direct access to the purple chairlift—simply step outside and hit the powder\! The open\-concept main level features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area with fireplace, and two inviting bedrooms with plush bedding and soft, warm comforters guests rave about\. Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious second living area—perfect for games or movies after a day outdoors—plus a third bedroom, full bath, and washer/dryer\. With two living spaces and three bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for families or multiple couples to spread out comfortably\.

All guests must be 25 or older, unless families with small children\.  A refundable $500 security deposit is required and will be refunded after departure, if there are no issues\.
