The main open\-concept design showcases hardwood flooring and large windows that allow plenty of Colorado sunlight to fill the area, providing stunning views of the Fraser River, surrounding forest and Winter Park Ski Resort\.
The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats three\. Next to the kitchen, the dining area features a spacious table and extra seating for up to six\.  The living area is perfectly suited for relaxing while watching the flat screen TV, enjoying the gas fireplace, and utilizing the generous plush seating, along with access to a private patio\. It is important to note that no air conditioning is available\.
The primary bedroom suite includes a Queen\-sized bed, a flat screen television, a full en\-suite bathroom and access to the private deck\.

The third bedroom features a double/double bunk bed, which can accommodate up to four individuals\.
