## Description
1st Floor Ski In Ski Out Condo at Winterplace\. 

The condo is located on the first floor and you are about 20 feet from the slopes with a great balcony view\.   Both bedrooms have private access to the bathrooms\. There is a bunk room for the kids or young at heart\. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities that you would need to cook a full meal\. The living room has a futon, large sectional, 52 inch Smart TV, and a heat\-emitting electric fireplace\.

If renting for only a Thursday and Friday then both nights will be charged at weekend rate\. If renting Thursday, Friday, Saturday then Thursday will be weekday rate and Friday/Saturday will be weekend rate\.

Laundry facilities are community on second floor of building\.

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance\. Problems can arise in multiple ways and travel insurance can be a low cost guard against losing your money if you have last minute problems and have to cancel\. In the past, some of our guests have obtained insurance by going to various insurance sites for details and to purchase\. We did call the people at InsureMyTrip and they do have plans that will cover for Covid issues but there are several important steps and needs to be done shortly after making your first deposit\. The plans are called "Cancel For Any Reason" CFAR\. Check with your insurance agent before deciding what insurance to purchase\. We DO NOT endorse any insurance in particular\.
