It is ideally positioned near a variety of outdoor activities available year round\. Located within the Winterstar condominiums, this three\-bedroom unit can host up to eight guests and features a renovated interior with an open floor plan\.
The main level features a spacious open design that integrates the living, kitchen, and dining areas, all adorned with hardwood flooring, creating an ideal environment for social gatherings and dining\. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with generous countertop space, perfect for crafting exquisite meals, along with a breakfast bar that accommodates up to four individuals, and a dining table that seats six more for formal dining occasions\. Experience the warmth of the gas fireplace, enhancing the ambiance of a true mountain retreat, while enjoying your favorite programs on the flat screen television\. The primary bedroom on the lower level features a king\-sized bed, a complete en\-suite bathroom and access to a private patio that offers scenic views\.  
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer in the upper bedroom closet\. Gas fireplace, private deck, 1\-car garage parking,  and proximity to the free town shuttle route\. Please note that there is no air conditioning available\.
