This is a first floor, golf course front condo is located in one of the most popular golf resorts \- World Tour\. On\-site golf is available \- clubhouse is a short walk away\! The complex directly overlooks some of the greatest golf holes on the entire east cost\. Golf lovers and beach lovers will enjoy spending their vacation in this beautiful and spacious condo surrounded by greens, while only being a few miles away from our shoreline\. The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests\. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact\-free check in\. The entrance\-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas\! Parking: Easy access private parking lot\. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror\. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot\. Entry: 1st floor unit\. No stairs\! Guest Interaction: We like to give our guests space to enjoy their vacation but will be available through the booking platform should you need us\! On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry\.
