On\-site golf is available \- clubhouse is a short walk away\! The complex directly overlooks some of the greatest golf holes on the entire east cost\. Golf lovers and beach lovers will enjoy spending their vacation in this beautiful and spacious condo surrounded by greens, while only being a few miles away from our shoreline\. The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests\. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact\-free check in\. The entrance\-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas\! Parking: Easy access private parking lot\. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror\. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot\. Entry: 1st floor unit\. No stairs\! Self check\-in with keypad\. Please note there is a ring doorbell at the front door\. Kitchen: Newly updated floors/countertops/cabinets\! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans\. There is a key fob in the unit that is required to access the amenities\. If a guests loses/misplaces the key fob, the guest is responsible for a $300 replacement fee\. Golf clubhouse: Walk or drive over to the World Tour Golf Clubhouse to start your day on the courses \(golf fees apply\)\. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking\. Linens are provided\. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay\. Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit\. NOTE: The water heater is only a half size and, therefore, can quickly run out of hot water when doing consistent laundry, showers, etc\. It will quickly refill \- but we like guests to be aware\! Guest Interaction: We like to give our guests space to enjoy their vacation but will be available through the booking platform should you need us\!
