It leads out to an east\-facing deck that overlooks the pond and fairway\. When you're not trying one of Corolla's fabulous restaurants, use the well\-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops\.

At the end of the night, retreat to the top\-level primary king suite with a private bath that includes dual vanities and a walk\-in shower\. The mid\-level consists of three additional bedrooms, two of which feature access to private decks\. A second king ensuite on this floor makes Juniper Hill ideal for multiple or extended families\. Downstairs, you'll find a media room with 75" TV and queen sleeper sofa where you can host a family movie night or watch the big game\. The garage has been converted into a game area with foosball table, along with an additional full\-size fridge for storing extra groceries or the catch of the day\.

Located in the Windswept Ridge neighborhood, Juniper Hill offers a prime location within The Currituck Club community\. You'll be within walking or biking distance to the main clubhouse, a premier facility offers something for everyone\. Amenities include a fitness center, tennis, basketball, community pool with tiki bar, and more\. During the summer months, use the complimentary shuttle service to get to the beach\. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear \(Memorial Day \- Labor Day\)\. A Harris Teeter is located at the entrance of the community, so grocery shopping is a breeze\.

No pets allowed \- pet free\. No smoking/vaping\. Garage not available for parking\. Ask about our Military Discount\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
