Charming 3\-Bedroom, 2\.5\-Bath Villa – Newly Updated and Spacious

This beautifully decorated villa offers a fresh and inviting atmosphere with all\-new living room furnishings and stylish lamps throughout\. The open\-concept living and dining area features balcony access, perfect for enjoying the outdoors\. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, ideal for preparing family meals\.

Accommodating up to eight guests, the villa includes a new queen bed \(2024\) in the master bedroom, another new queen bed \(2024\) in the second bedroom, and a full\-size over full\-size bunk bed in the third bedroom\. The living room also features a queen sofa sleeper\. For added convenience, a coin\-operated laundry facility is available on each floor of the building\.
