## Description
This cozy little house has located in the established Earlewood Park Neighborhood of Columbia, SC\. With 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, it is perfect for small or medium sized groups who are looking for plenty of space and privacy\. Off\-street parking and a private backyard are all for your use during your retreat to our wonderful city\.

The comfortable home has a living room, dining area, two bedrooms, kitchen, and in\-unit laundry\. The bright, white kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, an electric stove, large sink, and dishwasher\. There is also a regular drip coffee maker, grinder, microwave, and loads of dishware and kitchen items\. Each of the bedrooms has a dresser, closet, and bedside tables with lamps\. The bathroom has a vanity, toilet, shelves for storage, natural daylight, a shower / tub combination, and fresh bath linens\. We also provide mini size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bar soaps\. The living room has a large sofa and two side chairs, plus a TV with smart apps \(no cable\)\. High speed Wi\-Fi is available throughout the house\.

Earlewood Park is an awesome neighborhood in Columbia\. It is quiet and residential, yet we are only a mile or two from most of the major entertainment districts in the downtown area\.
