DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Sail Loft\! The setting of this home is truly unlike any other on Emerald Isle\! There is a beautiful natural wetland behind the home which will provide hours of wildlife viewing as you enjoy the fully furnished screened porch\. 

As you enter the home you quickly realize that the seating space is ample and well thought out while the open kitchen and dining area are perfect for the much needed family time\!  The kitchen is completely equipped with all that one needs\. The primary suite is located just off the living area and offers a King bed and large private bath\.
As you head up to the 2nd floor you will find a landing area with a daybed and trundle and TV\.\.\. perfect lounging space for the kids\. There are 2 additional guest rooms on this floor both with their own private baths and furnished with a Queen and 2 Double beds\. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all of the bed linens will be laundered between guests, even the comforters\.
If bringing your pup on vacation is for you please do\- there will be a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per dog, with a maximum of 2\.  
The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court\. This would be approximately a 10\-12 minute walk from Robinwood Cottage or an even faster golf cart ride\! There is parking for the cart at the beach access\.
