Conveniently located next door to a Streetcar stop, Rhinegeist, and Findlay Market, this newly renovated condo is the perfect home base for urban explorers\. If you love small cafes, intimate artisanal restaurants, breweries and bars then this is the place for you\. Our space is inspired by Rhinegeist's popular fruited ale, Zango\. This unit is on the third floor but don't fret\-\-We have an elevator\!

You'll love this delightfully refreshing space\-\-Bringing this historic building back to life has been a three\-year labor of love\! We preserved the 1890s historic charm and married it with marbled quartz countertops, brand new appliances, an in\-unit washer/dryer and a comfy\-cozy bed\.
