## Description
This is one of the larger two bedroom units in Zephyr and sleeps 8\.  It has awesome views of the divide, and a boot dryer to keep your feet dry and warm\.  Steps from the elevator make it easy to get to the chairlift\.

King size bed in the primary bedroom along with twin bunk beds and en\-suite bath\.  The second bedroom has a queen sized bed\.  There is a pull out couch with a super comfy 4\.5 inch memory foam mattress in the living room\.  The kitchen offers everything you'll need to cook a warm meal\. Free Wi\-Fi\. Portable A/C unit located in the bedroom closet\.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter\.  This sheet\-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience\. 

Zephyr has four hot tubs, a fitness room, heated underground parking, onsite ski shops and close proximity to restaurants and shopping\.  There is also a nearby ice skating rink\.  Each condo has a full service kitchen\.  Washer and Dryers are located on every floor\. Unit is located on 4th floor in Slopeside building facing The Village and Continental Divide\.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies\. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo\. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity\. Thank you for your understanding\.

Heated attached underground parking will keep you and your vehicle out of the elements \(parking fee during ski\-season $30/ per vehicle per day\)\.  Ski locker is included\.

Hot tub hours: 8 am to 10 pm \(Mon through Sun\)

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on\-site for luggage storage\.

The resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities\. The swimming pool and gym are just 4\.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground\. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar\.  Safeway grocery store is 5\.6 miles away in the town of Fraser\.
