## Description
This spacious penthouse condo features three  bedrooms, including two master suites each with king beds and a bunk room with 2 twin\-over\-twin bunk beds, accommodating up to eight guests comfortably\.

After a day on the slopes, relax in front of the large stone gas fireplace and enjoy your favorite show on the flat\-screen TV\. The vaulted ceiling and skylights create a bright, open, and peaceful mountain ambiance\. The well\-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and everything you need for home\-cooked meals\. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit\.

The primary bedroom features a king\-size bed, TV, closet, and an ensuite bathroom\. At the opposite end of the condo, the second bedroom also offers a king bed, closet, and TV, with a bathroom conveniently located just across the hallway\. The spacious third bedroom includes two twin\-over\-twin bunk beds, a TV, dresser, and an ensuite bathroom\. Living room with a sleeper sofa\.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method, a hotel\-style system where two sheets encase the comforter, creating a fresh, hygienic duvet cover that is washed between every guest for an extra\-clean sleeping experience\.

Zephyr Mountain Lodge has four hot tubs, a fitness room, heated underground parking, onsite ski shops and is located in The Village which features great restaurants, Starbucks, Ice skating rink \(seasonal\), and tubing hill \(seasonal\)\.  A coin operated washer and dryer are located on each floor\. This condo is located on 7th floor in Slopeside building facing The Village & The Continental Divide\.  

Hot tub hours: 8 am to 10 pm \(Mon through Sun\)

Heated attached underground parking will keep you and your vehicle out of the elements \(parking fee during ski\-season $30/ per vehicle per day\)\.  Ski locker is included\.

Please note that bicycles are not permitted inside property elevators, condos, or on balconies\. This policy helps prevent mud, oil, and wall damage\. The HOA provides enclosed bike storage cages located in the underground parking garage, monitored by multiple security cameras for added safety\.\.
