## Description
Location\! Location\! Location\! This Zephyr Mountain Lodge condo is about as close as you can sleep to the Gondola without camping outside\!\! This updated spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is located at the base of Winter Park Resort\.  

Rustic mountain charm meets modern elegance in this perfectly located condo\. There is a full kitchen with an island which features essentials you need for easy meal preparation\.  A very well appointed dining area with a large dining table that will meet all of your entertaining needs and will comfortably seat 8\. After a day on the slopes, come back and warm up in front of the gas fireplace while you relax in front of the large flat screen TV\.  This unit has comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10: two primary bedrooms \(each with king beds\) and en\-suite bathroom\.  A third bedroom featuring 2 bunk beds \(4 twin beds\)\. 

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter\.  This sheet\-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience\. 

Zephyr Mountain Lodge has four hot tubs, a fitness room, heated underground parking, ski lockers, onsite ski shop, and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops\.  Free WiFi\.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies\. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo\. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity\. Thank you for your understanding\.

For your convenience and for extended stays, there is a washer and dryer in the unit\.  Condo is located on 4th floor in Riverside building facing The Village and Continental Divide\. 

Heated attached underground parking will keep you and your vehicle out of the elements \(parking fee during ski\-season $30/ per vehicle per day\)\.

Hot tub hours: 8 am to 10 pm \(Mon through Sun\)

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on\-site for luggage storage\.

The resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities\. The swimming pool and gym are just 4\.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground\. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar\.  Safeway grocery store is 5\.6 miles away in the town of Fraser\.
