We stayed at 3234 Seascape Villa. Everything is just a short walk, drive, or bike ride away. I loved the condi layout. The master bed was so comfortable! Nice property and easy access. Upper floor bathroom sink and tub drained terribly, making them pretty scummy by the end of the stay. Only one burner on the gas grill worked correctly. I did not reach out to the management company, because I didn't want anyone messing around during vacation.

Great location and having the bikes included was fun. The unit itself had some issues. No restroom on the main floor. You had to climb stairs every time you had to go. No hot water in the kitchen sink. This was our 2nd trip to Hilton Head. We will try a different area for our next trip.

This villa was perfect for 2 close families. An easy walk to the beach or the pool on property made for enjoyable days and kept the kids busy.
