AC stopped working while we were there and it was too late to get someone out which was understandable but they were responsive even though it was later in the evening when I messaged. Townes condo was perfect for our weekend stay in Asheville. We were there to see a show at Harrahs, it was so convenient to park the car in the covered garage and walk everywhere we needed to go. Condo had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable and a great bathroom/shower. Highly recommend would stay again!
