Cancellation Policy
A $200 reservation deposit is required to secure any booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A $40 booking fee is charge on all bookings and is added into the total booking fee. If the arrival date is within 6 weeks of the date the booking is made, then the entire balance is due when the booking is made. Cancellations made at least 60 days before the arrival date, will have a 100% refund of the reservation deposit.
