Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival date will get a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 30 days or more but less than 60 days from arrival will receive 50% of the total amount paid. Cancellations made with less than 30-day notice forfeit 100% of the reservation fees. No shows or cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure.
