The only things it is summer time and we know that it’s hot in Texas but the home was a little warm.

The house was comfortable - especially the master suite. My sister's dogs loved the backyard. The pool table was pretty but hard to use because the walls were close around it and it needs leveling. The amenities in the listing were incomplete, but Flor was able to fill us in on what was there. Nice parks nearby.

Great place! Love the location, so close to a great little area with restaurants. House is exactly as pictured and was very comfortable.

This house was so cute and clean!! We loved our stay! My only request would be more dishwasher pods, paper towels etc. for the longer stays, other than that absolutely no complaints!

Guest: {{guest_name}} (“Guest”), agrees to: 

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”). 

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the property, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. &nbsp;

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.

NO REFUNDS. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or any other requests for compensation, adjustments, or modifications will be permitted outside the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy as agreed upon at the time of booking

PETS. The Host allows pets that follow the rules on the reservation on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have undisclosed pets on the Premises, this Agreement shall be forfeited.&nbsp;

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited, both inside and outside.&nbsp;

LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest assumes all risks and responsibility for using the premises, including the home, pool, and amenities. The Owner and Management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the stay. By booking, Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Owner and Management from all claims. 

No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.&nbsp;&nbsp;
