Welcome to my 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with free parking in Downtown Los Angeles. This is one of the few Airbnb friendly buildings in Los Angeles. As a hotel, we have a small registration process that guests need to fill out.Perfect for the solo traveler, couples, groups, families and those in town for business.

~ **NO VISITORS will be allowed. Therefore, please make sure you send any and all IDs PRIOR to your check-in date. Failure to do so 24 hours before the check-in date, will result to your reservation being cancelled with NO REFUNDS due to breaking of Building rules.**

~ The guest will have access to the entire unit as well as the amenities: pool, gym, etc.

Located in the famous Downtown Los Angeles.
6 blocks away from the Staples center and convention center.
6 blocks away LA Live and Microsoft Theater.
CVS is across the street for any of your needs.
3 blocks away from a large grocery store (Ralphs)
6 blocks away from the nearest metro, making it easy to get to Santa Monica beach, Universal studios and Pasadena without having to drive.

6 blocks away from the 7th and metro station. From here you can get to almost anywhere in the City without worrying about parking.
2 blocks away from express bus to Venice Beach and Long Beach.
Also, you can use Uber, Lyft or even the electric scooters to get around.

~ There is a convenience store and a CVS that are available on the block.

~ No marijuana or cigarette smoking allowed.  It smell sticks to the apartment and makes it very difficult to rent out the next day.  Also, neighbours can smell and a fine will be levied.

~ Please note that this is a residential building and not a hotel. Please, strictly no business activity allowed inside the building or unit (music video, paint/art selling, business meetings etc.)

~ My building requires all guests to provide a copy of a photo ID upon booking or at least 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to be registered at the property. Please also bring a physical ID that is required to show upon arrival to check in the building. Security wont accept a regular photo and that ID also needs to be clear.

~ There will be no unregistered guests that will be accepted in the building during check-in following the contract for Airbnb rentals in this family-owned building.

~The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65-75F. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

~ I kindly ask guests to avoid using professional cameras for photos or videos, as it goes against the HOA rules. Feel free to use your phone for capturing memories instead. Thank you for your understanding.

I had a great time at this listing. The amenities were amazing including hot tub, pool, bath, and in unit laundry. They took care of every detail I might need and I felt right at home. I did not feel like I missed anything! The house rules are really strict but, they did help me feel safer in the downtown Los Angeles  area. The sunset views from the rooftop were amazing and location was central to the Laugh Factory, Yamashiro, and Avalon Nightlcub. Such a great weekend celebrating my birthday! Thank you!!!

a-million-dollor night view in the living quarter. enjoyed the sunrise reflection from high chair during our breakfast. Too cold to hang out on the rood top, am sure lovely in the warmer days. communication is great and they are helpful giving local tips. I found the doorman is doing great job checking on ID  feeling safe ever, especially in DTLA.

The loft is the best air bnb i have stayed in so far. Everything is new, its super quiet and the views!!! Also finding a bnb with parking is such a rare thing. Communication was amazing, super fast replys. This flat is everything!

we had a great time at this place. It is close to lots of fun things to do and the view from the vondo is amazing!

AMAZING! The hosts provided toiletries, a first aid kit (which we used the instant ice pack when our son fell in the garage), laundry supplies, a Brita pitcher and bedside phone charging units. They had guest accounts on several TV apps that was great for the day off we took between amusement parks. The pool was a bonus and the view from both the apartment and rooftop was great. The blackout curtains made this unit stand out over other units in the building, as the sun can be intense at times. Fold out couch was great for our 11 year old, and the sheets on the beds were so soft. I even looked at the tags so I could buy some for home! Host provided pool towels, too. The parking pass was a HUGE bonus as I can’t imagine trying to park otherwise. Host provided great instructions ahead of time and very responsive. The only small negative was the open ceiling between bedroom and living area, but earplugs solved that if someone went to bed early. Our kiddo said “this wasn’t a hotel??”

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{reservation_date}} between the following:

The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the State's requirements after the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.

PETS. The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited.

SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.

INSPECTION. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.

TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host.
&nbsp;
QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.

HOST’S LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.

ATTORNEY’S FEES. The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Host enforcing this agreement.
&nbsp;
USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
&nbsp;
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
&nbsp;
POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell or for personal use.
&nbsp;
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws located in the jurisdiction of Premise’s location.
