It was very dirty on arrival has not a had good deep clean in a very long time. They did send someone to clean the next day and they did a descent job. Travel Renter will be refunded rental fees paid less $100 administrative fee for cancellations of condos or non oceanfront houses and $1000 for cancelations of oceanfront house rentals, providing that renter advises Luxury Beach Rentals up to 30 days for condos or non oceanfront houses and 60 days for oceanfront houses prior to check-in date.
