We live in Wilton Manors, FL, but lived for many years in the Orlando area, the vacation home capital of the world. There is where we started our short term rental experience in 2014 as early adopters of Airbnb, and realized we wanted to turn this passion into a business for ourselves and our fellow owners and hosts. Since then, we've enjoyed meeting and hosting over 5,000 travelers from 40+ countries, and managing multiple properties in USA and Ecuador!

In 2016 we were humbled to receive an invitation from Airbnb Corporate to speak at their annual worldwide conference ("Airbnb Open") in Los Angeles, CA. Two of our hosting experiences have been featured in Upworthy, Washington Post, The Points Guy and an Airbnb press release.

In 2019 we were chosen by Airbnb to participate in a campaign to promote the Open Homes program, and this video of our experience was used during the Summer months in many different social media platforms, along with photos and printed material featuring our experience.

We have been Airbnb Superhost for 38 quarters in a row as of October 2024, VRBO Premier Host and Misterb&b Fabul'Host for many quarters, and most of our own and Co-Hosted listings are "Guest Favorite" on Airbnb.

Wilton Manors is one of the prettiest and most fun areas of Ft. Lauderdale. Staying in our property on 6th Avenue allows you to quickly and easily access dozens of food and entertainment venues on the world-famous Wilton Drive (5 min. walk), and the closest beach is just 10 mins. away. Whether you’re coming for a sunny vacation, our fabulous nightlife, a convention in the area, or some down-time before/after a cruise, this premium location has everything you will need within a couple miles.

This property accommodates up to 4 guests. A totally private, heated pool (during Winter) will help you enjoy the Florida sun with friends or family while you recover from the beach or the fun you had the previous night. This property is ideal for 1 or 2 couples, parents with 1-2 children, or groups of 2-4 friends.
This property has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and 40” smart TV, and the other one with a queen bed. Each bedroom has a door that leads directly to the private pool area. 
The bathroom is located in the hall and has a tub-shower combo. Hair dryer available in the linens closet. Bath towels, shampoo and soap are provided, as well as a starter set of toilet paper rolls.
There’s a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to cook your own meals: stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, blender, pots and pans, plates, glasses, silverware, utensils, etc. 
The spacious living room features an electric reclinable loveseat, a sofa, 60” LED TV with thousands of local and international channels, Netflix, Hulu and Prime Video. It also has a desk with a wireless printer, as well as books, magazines, cards, and board games for your entertainment
There are 2 dining areas, inside and outside. Sliding doors from the indoor living area lead to a private patio where you can enjoy the fun of al-fresco dining, a BBQ grill, and access to the pool area.

Guests have access to all the spaces described above and TWO (2) parking spaces around the circular driveway. If you have visitors or more than 2 cars, they’ll have to park out on the curb. 
Please be aware that this house has a completely independent 1-bedroom studio attached to it, that we also rent on this platform. The studio guest(s) have NO access to the pool or patio area on your side. Conversely, you don’t have access to their area. The only time you might see them is at the driveway, where there’s ONE (1) parking space assigned to them, right in front of the fence gate marked with the word “studio”.

Your hosts -Bob & Juan- live just a mile away, and you’ll be able to reach us through Airbnb messaging at any time. If you haven’t yet, please make sure you download the free Airbnb app on your phone prior to your trip so we can communicate easily and quickly if needed.

Wilton Manors is one of the prettiest and most fun areas of Greater Fort Lauderdale. By staying in our neighborhood/city, you can quickly and easily access dozens of food and entertainment venues in or around the world-famous Wilton Drive, which is just a 5-minute walk away. The closest beach is just a 10-minutes drive or ride-share away, as well as fabulous shopping, luxurious spas, waterways, etc.

Uber and Lyft are very prominent in the area, so there’s always a car 5 minutes away. The City of Wilton Manors provides a $5 discount for rides to Wilton Drive on Fridays and Saturdays, check the back of the House Manual for info.

PET POLICY: We allow up to 2 dogs of no more than 15lbs each. Must be potty-trained. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $100-150 for the whole stay, added to your reservation cost after you book.

AGE REQUIREMENT: The booking guest needs to be over 21 years old. For young adult groups booking during holidays or Summer, we reserve the right to decline if not all guests are above 21. This doesn’t apply to family groups with kids. 

FREE POOL HEATING: as a complimentary service, the target temperature will be set at 86F during the cooler months; if you want it warmer, there’s a cost of $20/day. Please be aware water temperature may be affected by outside conditions (cold temperatures, wind, rain, etc.). If you do NOT want the pool heated during your stay, please let us know up to 48 hours BEFORE your check-in, we cannot accommodate last minute or post-check-in requests.

We loved our weekend at Juan & Bob’s. The location is perfect and so is their house. They’ve thought out every detail to make their space efficient, beautiful, and comfortable. The pool is a definite plus and also the outdoor grill and seating area. We were celebrating a birthday and they left sweet birthday greetings inside and out. Very thoughtful! They were very responsive to our texts and promptly helped return our earbuds we left behind. We couldn’t ask for better, more friendly, attentive hosts. We’d love to stay again. Thank you, Juan & Bob!

Juan and Bob’s two bedroom apartment was perfect. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The private pool was incredible. Perfect for tanning and swimming. I enjoyed all the cute geckos running around. We had to refill the propane for the grill, but that was not a problem because they explicitly say that may be a possibility in their thorough house manual. That manual answered any question you may have, but just in case it doesn’t, Juan and Bob are very helpful and quick to respond . I even accidentally locked myself out after they graciously let us do a late check out and they answered the phone right away to remotely let me back in. 

The last thing I want to note is the personalized welcome note. It was SO CUTE and made me feel really welcome. Would 100% stay here again. No complaints.

First time trying an Airbnb and I must say the bar has been set incredibly high by these guys. Very private pool and yard, super clean house. I literally couldn't imagine anything to make it better. I'll definitely be coming back.

Our stay was fantastic. Great place, matched the description and the pool was very private. Hosts were responsive to questions and really made us feel welcome.  We will look to stay there again next time we are in town visiting family.

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{reservation_date}} between the following:

Host: {{host_name}} (“Host”).
&nbsp;
THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:

Hereinafter known as the “Premises.”
&nbsp;
LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”).

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM each night and continue until 8am. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

PARTIES. Parties, events of any kind and large social gatherings are absolutely NOT allowed. This is strictly enforced by the local police, the neighbors and us. If we notice irregular activity or receive any complaint we will request police to intervene and proceed with eviction if necessary. Your reservation with be canceled immediately with no refund for unused nights. 
Small social gatherings are allowed as long as the quiet hours, number of occupants and smoking policies in this agreement are fully complied with.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be no more than {{number_of_guests}} guests, which is the quantity you selected during your reservation.
&nbsp;
If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host.

BOOKING FEES. The Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.

UTILITIES. The Host shall be responsible for all utilities and services to the Premises EXCEPT for the following: None.
&nbsp;
SECURITY DEPOSIT. The Guest shall be obligated to pay the following amounts upon the execution of this Agreement:

Security Deposit amount as detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The refundable Security Deposit (or credit card pre-authorization) shall be returned to the Guest within the State's requirements after the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
PETS. Bringing pets should be cleared with the Host first; weight restrictions and non-refundable pet fee apply. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises that have not been cleared with the Host and a pet fee has not been paid, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.
&nbsp;
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking cigarrettes, cigars, e-cigs, cannabis in any way and vaping on the Premises is strictly prohibited. If upon check-out smoke or smell is detected anywhere inside the property, the Security Deposit will be forfeited in full.

SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.
&nbsp;
INSPECTION. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
&nbsp;
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.
&nbsp;
TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host.
&nbsp;
QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.
&nbsp;
HOST’S LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.
&nbsp;
ATTORNEY’S FEES. The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Host enforcing this agreement.
&nbsp;
USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
&nbsp;
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
&nbsp;
POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell or for personal use.
&nbsp;
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws located in the jurisdiction of Premise’s location.
