In the event of a cancellation by Leaseholder, Leaseholder shall receive a refund of all payments made by Leaseholder, less a cancellation fee of $150, paid travel insurance (if applicable), credit card fees, plus all applicable taxes if the Premises is re-rented on the terms set forth herein.
