Kealia Resort is a great place to stay when on Maui. As usual we enjoyed our stay very much. It is always nice to connect with other long time returning guests and to meet new guests as well. We look forward to our return visit next year.

We extended our Maui vacation by staying in 206 after a month in another unit. The property location and view from the lanai are unequaled!The entire property is lovely, friendly, low key. We can't wait to go back to the Kealia again! 

This unit is vwry comfortably equipped and decorated. The Beautiful View and Sound of the Ocean You'll get here. Love It.

We enjoyed our time at Kealia resort. The pricing was very reasonable, pool was nice, and our room was well cared for. The access to the beach was great and the location was convenient to Kihei and other activities.

DESTINATION MAUI VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT

Booking Rules:
•A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.  
•As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur. 
•If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible misunderstandings.

Supplies:
•Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissues, and toilet tissue. Replace these on your own as you need them.  
•You are not obligated to re-stock the unit with any used items from your starter kit.  
•Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths. 
•For condos without in-unit washer/dryers, please use the laundry facilities on the 3rd and 5th floors to wash these items as needed.

Deposits/Cancellation 
•To confirm your stay, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is due upon booking; and you are given the option to choose between either of the following:
1.$39.99 damage insurance (covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage)
2.$3,000 damage deposit (refunded 7-10 business days after departure) 
•Your initial deposit will act as your cancellation fee if you should cancel before your final payment.  Your final payment will act as your cancellation fee if you should cancel after your final payment. Your final payment is due 60 days (two months) prior to your arrival date.
•We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through CSA Travel Protection.  If you are interested, please enquire with us before your final payment is due.
•If a cancellation is made prior or post your final payment, we will do our best to re-book the dates lost.  If we are able, we will issue a credit back to you for each day re-booked, minus a $100 cancellation fee. 

Garage Door Openers (lower level):
•$20.00 Refundable Cash Deposit is collected at check-in and returned at check-out.
Smoking:
•All units are Non-Smoking.  A designated smoking area are available on property.
•Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges, the minimum of which is $500.  
•Smoking/vaping/medical cannabis are strictly prohibited on the property except in designated smoking areas.    
Check In/Out:
•Check-In time is after 4:00 PM HST. Check-Out time is before 10:00 AM HST.
•Please remember to check in with front office during business hours.

Early Check In/Late Check Out:
•Due to strict COVID-19 cleaning and sanitation guidelines, we are not able to accommodate these requests. We recommend booking an additional night. Please contact Destination Maui Vacation at in advance for availability and rate.
